Price tracker
Menus on this site were captured between October 2023 and August 2024. Here is how much restaurant prices have risen since, and what that means for your wallet.
What changed
- Restaurant and accommodation prices rose about 4.8% a year in 2024 and 2.4% in 2025, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
- In 2026 the pace picked up sharply (annual rate by month): Jan 4.0%, Feb 4.4%, Mar 5.2%, Apr 6.0%, May 6.7%, Jun 7.0%, Jul 6.8%, Aug 6.8%.
- Delivery-app prices are often higher than in-store prices, so a live app price and an in-store menu price for the same dish can differ.
Live check: Jollibee, October 2026
We compared 29 dishes that appear on both the Mar 2024 menu and today’s live prices. The typical change is +30% (the middle half of dishes moved +19% to +35%). Inflation alone would suggest about +10%. The extra gap likely reflects the brand’s April 2026 price increase plus higher delivery-app prices. We can’t separate the two, so treat estimates for other brands as a floor, especially for delivery.
